A double homicide was reported on February 11, 2021 after a shooting that took place in front of the King Face Terminal on San Carlos Avenue in Aguadilla. The two victims were men, aged 25 and 35 years old. None of the victims were transit operators or riders. The incident took place when the men were shot at from another vehicle. The incident, which took place at 7:26 PM, did not occur during operating hours of the transit services provided from the terminal.
